Here is the story of a real family-run company. The "patriarch" Ettore Galletti, a native of the valley, emigrated in 1950 to Peru where he worked as a baker. He returned home to marry his wife Silvana and once again returned to Peru until 1969 when the couple returned to Favale and bought some land where they founded the first part of the fine building we can see today. A workshop of 270 sqm, well equipped with an adjoining store. Here we can find Pandolce Genovese, Canestrelli, Amaretti macaroons, special occasion cakes, biscuits and festive cakes such as Easter Colomba, Panettone and Pandoro, all made of a high quality which is recognized by their numerous customers which include well known popular hotels and restaurants along the coast. Continuing the philosophy started by Ettore, that joined respect for tradition with continuous research and innovation, today his wife Silvana and their children Maria Teresa, Carolina and Fabrizio, their son-in-law Gianni and daughter-in-law Martha continue to run, with the same enthusiasm and passion, a pastisserie which is famous throughout Tigullio.
